Ingredients:
2 lbs grouper fish; grilled
1/4 cup olive oil
1 ea lime
1/2 ea cabbage; shredded
6 ea flour tortillas
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 clove garlic; minced
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup salsa
Preparation:
Squeeze lime, olive oil and salt on fish. Grill fish 5 min on each side. Alternatively: dip in batter and fry.
Mix sour cream, milk, garlic and spices for the sauce.
Tear the fish into chunks and pile on warmed torillas. Steam the shredded cabbage, and top the fish. Add a scoop of the sauce and a scoop of salsa. Roll the tortilla and enjoy.
