Ingredients:
3 mangos; peeled and chopped;
2.5 teaspoon unflavored gelatin;
7 ounces condensed milk;
1/2 cup plain yogurt; room temperature;
1 lime; juiced;
sugar;
3.5 ounces cream cheese; room temperature;
1/4 cup warm water.
Preparation:
Dissolve the gelatin in the water. Once dissolved place all of the ingredients into a blend and blend until smooth. Taste and add sugar if needed. Re-blend and then scoop into serving containers. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with sliced mangos or shredded coconut.
