Ingredients:
1 cup spring onions; sliced;
1 1/2 cup corn frozen;
2 cans black beans;
5 ea Roma tomatoes; chopped;
3 tablespoon pickled jalapenos;
1/4 cup cilantro; chopped;
2 ea lime juice;
1/2 ts ground cumin;
1/2 ts salt.
Preparation:
Drain and rinse beans. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
